Boat storage is intended for non-motorized boats. Each slot can accommodate up to a 20’ long boat. Paddlers can

launch from either the boat ramp or beach

allowing for a variety of routes. You can access your boat anytime of the year 24-hours a day 7 days a week.

The enclosed boat storage is intended for kayaks & stand-up paddle boards. Each slot can accommodate up to a 15’ long boat. You can access your boat anytime of the year 24-hours a day 7 days a week. Across the channel is Oakland’s Jack London Square too. This is a great location for exploring the Oakland Channel.

Each location is offers great opportunities for boating, fishing, and much more! There are public bathrooms, water rinse/cleaning station, picnic tables w/ BBQ grills, walking/biking trails, and of course the boat ramp & beach! There is a short walk from the storage area to the water; using a boat dolly is highly recommended. You can access your boat anytime of the year

24 hours a day 7 days a week.

At the nearby Alameda Point there are museums, the infamous Spirit’s Row, a ferry stop, and much more!

To get started, we will conduct a short orientation to the site to show you how to access your storage spot, local resources, and finalize the lease agreement.

You choose from a 6 ($50 per month) or 12 ($40 per month) month lease; all fees are collected up front.
